昭和4年建築の文化住宅

3月8日、国立市中一丁目にある旧高田邸の建物を、建築のプロの集まりである
「住宅医協会」のみなさんが、現地実測・調査に訪れました。

国立大学町が開発されたころの建築仕様はどんなものだったのか。
25人もの建築家が、床板や天井をはがして潜り込んだり、各所のサイズをはかったり、
全身ほこりまみれになりながら、1日かけて詳細なデータを記録しました。

「建物を実測し、図面を起こしていく作業は、旧高田邸を設計した建築士の設計意図を紐解く
作業であり、85年の時をさかのぼり、先人の知恵と苦労に触れた一日でした」と
呼びかけ人の一人でもある酒井哲さん（Town　Factory代表）。

当日の様子は一般公開され、雨にもかかわらず、100人以上の方が見学しました。

※個人住宅なので会期中以外は公開しておりません。
