７月上旬 国立市内にて、彫刻作品を巡るツアーが行われました。
彫刻作家・関敏さんの作品を、パブリックアーティスト・木村健世さんが案内してくれるツアー。作品にまつわるエピソードを聞いたり、参加者同士で感想を話しながら、市内を南から北へ歩きました。
触れて・観て・聞いて、作品のストーリーに思いを巡らすことができるツアーで、今回は計10作品を周りました。関敏さんの作品は市内に他にも沢山あるそうです。
参加者さんからは「この場所に彫刻があることは知っていたけど…気に留めたことがなかった」という声もありました。もし、まちで作品を見つけたら、その作品にどんなストーリーがあるのか想像してみませんか。
