まちを花でいっぱいに！そんな合言葉で集まった市民の協力関係が「花と緑のまちづくり協議会」。景観づくりを市やボランティアにまかせっきりにするのではなく、市民みんなでまちを花いっぱいにしようと発足した。名物カンザクラを接ぎ木で残す活動も。
